Kinetic Logistics faced significant challenges in managing fragmented data silos across 40+ global warehouses. Their legacy ERP system was unable to provide real-time synchronization, leading to operational inefficiencies.
We were tasked with building a decentralized data mesh architecture that could unify their global operations under a single, high-performance control interface.
"THE SYSTEM THEY HAD WAS COSTING THEM TRADES. WE ARCHITECTED A SOLUTION THAT RECLAIMED THEIR EDGE."
Fragmented data silos and lack of real-time synchronization created a bottleneck in global logistics operations. The existing system was prone to data inconsistencies and slow response times.
Fragmented data silos across 40+ global locations
Lack of real-time synchronization for warehouse automation
Inconsistent data reporting and slow operational response
We implemented a decentralized data mesh architecture with a unified, terminal-inspired control interface. This allowed for real-time data synchronization and a centralized view of global operations.

Unified terminal-inspired control interface
We engineered a high-performance distributed system using a custom message broker and a specialized query layer. The architecture is designed for zero downtime and sub-ms internal communication.
The interface was designed with a focus on cognitive load reduction. We used a brutalist design language to create a high-clarity environment for complex technical work, prioritizing data visibility and structural hierarchy.
